Conditions of use, purchase and returns

ORDERS, PAYMENT, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Access our product catalogue through the horizontal menu, where you can find the products by type of sport.
Within each sport you can find the products by categories.
Select the products and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart".
When you have made your selection, go to the shopping cart, located at the top right of the online shop and click on "Confirm Order".
The details of your purchase will appear, where you can delete items or add quantities, continue with the purchase.

ACCOUNT
If you already have a FUNWORKS account, all you have to do is enter your e-mail address and password and the system will retrieve your details.
If you do not have a customer account, you will have to create one and you will have access to the history of your orders, you will be able to know the status of your order and other information.
You will have to give us your address and all the relevant information and you will also have to accept the general conditions of purchase.
PAYMENT METHOD
You will have to select the payment method among the following options: bank transfer, credit card payment and Paypal.
If you select the bank transfer option , you will be provided with information on how to make the transfer and you must click on "Confirm order". The maximum time limit for making the transfer will be 3 working days from the order request. If within 3 working days we do not have proof of having received the payment, we will proceed to cancel the order.
If you select the option of payment by credit card or Paypal you will access the payment gateway where you will be asked for your bank details or your Paypal registration details.
You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
If you have created an account, you can check the status of your order in My account (My orders) and print your invoice, we will also send you an email with the details of your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If when you receive the goods you notice that the packaging has been damaged, you must indicate this on the delivery note of the carrier and then check that the goods are in perfect condition, if this is not the case you must contact us attaching photos of the item and we will give you instructions to return the order freight collect to be replaced by another without any cost to you.

If you have purchased a product that you do not like or is not your size you can request an exchange for another or the refund of the product. If you wish to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, you need to change your size, FUNWORKS will pay for the cost of the first change. Please contact us to arrange the shipping method, then pack the goods in their original, unused packaging and send them to us at our shop address in Tarifa.
We will not accept any product that has been used or has suffered damage to the packaging or the product itself.
You have a maximum of 14 days to return the product.
After this period, FUNWORKS is not obliged and does not undertake to process the return. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or outside the peninsula have additional charges, ask before making the return.
All our products enjoy two years limited manufacturer's warranty.
In case of failure contact us and we will arrange the repair of the product, or if it can not be repaired, its replacement.
Before sending us the article, please contact us, so that we have proof of shipment and authorise its return.
Do not forget to attach detailed photographs of the article.
Pack the product in a closed and perfectly conditioned package so that it does not suffer damage during transport.
Include a brief description of what is wrong with the product, as well as a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt. Shipping costs are at your expense.
Important:
Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorised personnel will invalidate the warranty.
We recommend not removing the protective plastics if any until you check the perfect functioning of your item.

Incorrect product
If the product delivered does not match the one ordered, you must inform us immediately. Contact us and we will process your incident as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery address
You can receive your order at the address you indicate.
It is not possible to deliver orders to post office boxes.
Please note that deliveries of orders from our online shop are made in Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and Europe.
